Delivery charges

Premier Medical Products Ltd can deliver goods that are in stock the next working day. Goods that need to be ordered, customers will be provided with an estimated delivery time, but Premier Medical cannot accept any liability for failure to achieve these delivery times.

Delivery to the UK mainland will be charged at:

Up to £15.95 = £2.95 (Excl VAT)
£16.00 – £49.00 = £3.95 (Excl VAT)
£50.00 - £299.00 = £4.95 (Excl VAT)

Delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Channel Islands, please contact the office for delivery charges.

Premier Medical reserve the right to charge extra carriage on heavier items, couches, hoists, rota stands, trolleys, rehabilitation equipment, transfer boards.

Premier Medical Products shall try to inform you of any such charges or extended delivery times when you place the order , but shall not be deemed liable for any cost or damage caused by late or non-delivery of the products. Any delay in delivering of the product shall not give you the right to reject the products or cancel your order.

Premier Medical Products Ltd reserve the right to deliver the products in instalments.

Returns

Returns for credit must be previously agreed with Premier Medical in writing. Please contact the office who will advise you in the correct procedure for all returns. A restocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods may be charged. It will be the customers responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 7 working days from the date on the invoice. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean and unused.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of orders must be notified to the company in writing and only with prior agreement with Premier Medical Products
